Duncan has recently been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a Civil Commercial Mediator. Alternative Dispute Resolution is fast gaining momentum in providing a quicker and far less expensive option to litigation through a Magistrate's Court, or the High Court.
